Adam Lambert Coloring Book

October 18, 2012

Yesterday some kind soul dropped this link into my lap –

The Adam Lambert Coloring Book

Hhhhhahahahhahahahhahahahahhaha!!! A COLORING book!  What are Sparkle Cows, like five years old?

The only way I can see actually buying and scribbling this coloring book is a) you’re intellectually challenged and like Adam or b) you are one of his 12 year old fans. Maybe if you are stuck in bed with a bad illness that requires serious narcotics and you need something simple to do to keep still in bed. Anything else is just pathetic.

This is the point in the crazy American Idol fandoms where the super crazy is released. There’s nothing much really happening with the artist, the second CD is a huge flop, there is no news, some fans drop off and the rest start conspiracy theories so complex they would be envied by tin hat wearers.

Next comes the dropping by RCA of Adam, cancelling the contract. No more CDs with RCA. The fans will spin this that now Madam will be free to pursue his ‘own original perfect’ music. That’s where the Cooktards are right now. More on them later.

And to the artist: That photo is linked to from Amazon. I’m not violating your ‘copyright’. Did you know that the image of Adam is intellectual property that belongs to his record company. Are you going to be paying them their cut of your sales?
Muuahahahahhaha! *insert evil laugh here*

Chick Fil A & the Summer of Crazy Hate

August 17, 2012

All this limelight focused upon Chick Fil A and their anti gay marriage stance has reawakened a long slumbering breast, err, beast, Ms. Kerry Kolsch and her American Idol conspiracy theories. Even a few of the religious sites mentioned her belief that homophobia caused Chick Fil A and AT&T to ban together to block Adam Lambert from winning American Idol.

Ever since Dan Cathy mentioned in an interview his stance on homosexual marriage I’ve been expecting the lunatic ravings of Kerry to explode online after she recovered from her initial seizure. Pages and pages, virtual reams about the repression of any form of homosexuality by Chick Fil A and the second place finish of Adam Lambert. I keep imagining her twitching and foaming at the mouth on August 1st, Chick Fil A Appreciation Day surrounded by the beasts of her alleged ‘farm’.

Yeah, I know, a book and reams of crap online she’s written over some guy wearing makeup winning second place on a tv show. Really. Of all the problems in this world, like global warming, the economy, health care, the war on women’s rights, gay rights and she chooses to be incensed over a television show that happened back in 2009? Yes, she does, still to this day.

Unfortunately someone over at The Advocate neglected to do any research on this bizarre princess of television conspiracy theories. They gave her theories some discussion in a legitimate article on Chick Fil A’s tendency to repress homos in an article. The writer lazily decided not to research her lack of validity and the fact that she is one of those wonderful internet laughing stocks. Someone needs to submit her name and story to the Encyclopedia Dramatica site. She belongs right up there with Liz Bateman and others. She’s morphed into an internet wide trolldom.

Someone at The Advocate finally figured out they had quoted a wackadoo as a source and altered the piece to indicate her lack of credentials. She trotted out her mother, disbarred Florida lawyer Elaine McKillop, to fight with her detractors in the comments. Now Kolsch has taken her toys over to Melinda Green’s blog  Top Iol to fight the laughing hordes there too.

Her ponderously long ravings about Adam Lambert barely interest me. What I find very interesting is all of her claims freely posted all over the internet that seem impossible or contradictory.

Example? Early in the whole Idol season with Adam she posted this over on the LA Weekly back in 2009. It’s still up, you cannot fake a date timestamp like she is claiming. Here’s that posting..

There should be a carbon tax on Ann Power’s hot air. She must pride herself on using a paragraph to express something that can be said in a sentence. Ann is the biggest fan of her own ego way more then she is a fan of Adam Lambert. Adam sang beautifully and nailed a difficult song and her complaint is that Adam accomplished what people expected Adam to do, so Adam should have chosen a different song more to her liking. Her incoherence is only matched by her verbosity.

and another comment with very similar wording also listed as from Kerry but this time from Yahoo article – http:// voices.yahoo.com/adam-lamberts-not-so-true-hollywood-story-7251598.html?cat=2

Ann, I totally disagree with you. Adam owned the stage as he does every time he performs. There was not contest between him and the other guys last night or any night. My husband, who is a university professor, has an instruction that he gives his speech class every semester, it applies to you, “if you can’t be good, be brief”. There should be a carbon tax on your waste of hot air.

In other posts from that time frame she’s claimed that she lives with her professor-husband overseas in England, yet she now claims to be an out and proud lesbian who’s never been married to a professor or lived in the United Kingdom? Lying?

Here’s her list of accomplishments that sound ridiculously fishy when viewed as a list.

  • Attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, which, as you can see is a prestigious school tanked up there with some of the worst junior colleges and study to be a medical technician joints you see advertised during daytime tv. 8th best law school in the state of Florida. Claims to be a Juris Doctor and have studied communications at Florida International University. Wonder what her SAT scores looked like?
  • Practicing Lawyer in Florida, but she never mentioned her mother and her were both involved in a real estate scam deal that resulted in her mother’s disbarment  in 2004
  • and according to this filed legal paperwork Kerry notarized a Deed that was proven later to have a fraudulent signature on it. You can see the document if you scroll down to the bottom. it is ‘Exhibit D’
  • Had or has a gourmet food truck
  • Claims to be a private pilot
  • Claimed to have  a degree in television production
  • Claims to speak 11 different languages but refuses to tell which ones. Pig latin doesn’t count.
  • Claims to be a prosecutor in the past
  • Claims to be an award winning salt dough artist
  • Claims to practice mostly Entertainment Law
  • Claims to have attened UCLA
  • Is thought to have gone by a number of aliases such as Kerry Haddad
  • Claims next door neighbors were FBI agents
  • Claims to have a farm filled with animals and goats in Central Florida yet has the free time to spent online spinning her Adam theories.
  • Claims to be a chef
  • Claims to have raised poison frogs for a living

I know I’ve missed a bunch so hit me up in the comments folks so that I might add to the list. It’s late here and I’m going to bed.

Adam Lambert Misquoting, Dying & Vamping

August 16, 2012

So the Sparkle Cows have been glamping up a storm, rushing all over the interwebs to beat on anyone not agreeing with the idea that Adam with silver hair isn’t the sex-sayesty thing on the planet!! Eleventyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111!

It’s the Billy Idol Grampa Look!!

Don’t believe me, just check out the comments on any website containing reference to the bleach do. Either comments have been disabled because of stupidity or all negative ones are buried in an avalanche of cow drool.

Later he added more chemical damage to his hair by dying the bottom black and leaving the tips silver. Here he is vamping/clamping/glamping it up as either an old homage to Adam Ant or some type of gay vampire on a teen show.

Doesn’t he just look precious? He’s ready for his closeup Mr. DeMille.

But the thing that drew me in to post about Madam tonight is his epic fail of a tattoo. Bhahahahah! Lookit it!

What is so wonderful about this tattoo is two different things…

A) It reads in Latin – “Music Soothes The Savage Beast” which is hysterical when you take into account his freakish beast-like Sparkle Cows. Subtle underhanded fuck you in my eyes.

b) But mostly because the quote is all wrong and I’m betting he doesn’t realize it.

Two of Congreve’s turns of phrase from The Mourning Bride (1697) have become famous, albeit frequently in misquotation:

“Music has charms to soothe a savage breast,” which is the first line of the play, spoken by Almeria in Act I, Scene 1. (The word “breast” is often misquoted as “beast”, and “has” sometimes appears as “hath”.)

Bhahahah! And he has to live with that hideously inked mistake forever now!!
Seriously Adam, bleach will eventually fry your hair and cause it to fall out like autumn leaves hitting the ground and none of this erases the fact that your second CD is a huge enormous flop.

Adam Lambert’s Sparkle Cows Piss on Queen Fans

July 19, 2012

So now the gig is up and done and it’s provided those of us that don’t care for Madam Lambert’s voice but do find his appearance giggle-worthy lots of fodder. Like this photo with Elmo photoshopped in to coordinate with the jacket/shag rug Adam is wearing.

That’s just dead sex-say isn’t it? About as sexy as Brian May’s truss I guess.
To the Queen fans: Did I not warn you that the Adam Lambert fans, the Sparkle Cows, were some of the pushiest, nastiest, over the top, deludenoids on the planet? Tell me, what has happened on the Queen message boards since the concerts?  That’s right, you’ve all been attacked, word pistol whipped, subjected to vats of verbal vomit if you do not proclaim that Adam is worthy to stand in the mighty big shoes of one Freddie Mercury. They insanely foaming at the mouth over at Queen Official I’ve seen. For days. Pure insanity. Well, you were warned and didn’t take it seriously. Good luck getting rid of those ancient biddies now.

Also noticed that one of Sanjaya’s biggest fans, Mithra, has been jumping into the fray under one of her usual names, stirring the pot. You poor bastards!

I could post reams of their idiocy but I’m not going to. I’m just going to post what a friend of mine who is a long time Queen fan like myself had to say of the difference between Queen fans and shrieky Madam’s Sparkle Cows.

The thing that’s so pathetic at this point is the poor, unsuspecting Queen fans, and the Cows blasting them just because they’re QUEEN fans and not MADAM fans. Some of them seem okay with Madam, some not, and woe be unto anyone who doesn’t proclaim Madam the greatest supahstah in the history of ever.

Some of these folks have been following Queen for a long, long time. Not because they want to bonk any of the members, but because they like Queen’s music. So here comes this screeching tool that most of them have never heard of. Not all of them like it, others are just happy to see Queen onstage in whatever incarnation they can get at this point. Then the Cows come along and rip them all a new asshole. And you know they’ve all got to be wondering what the hell is provoking these lunatics. Hell if the Queen fans thought Brian or Roger sucked, they’d say so. But God forbid anyone give Madam anything less than a glowing review every time he so much as takes a shit.

Separated At Birth? Adam Lambert & Bill O’Reilly

June 28, 2012

There used to be a wonderful magazine around years ago called Spy Magazine.  I could not wait for it to come out each month because they had some of the funniest clever twisted humor around. A picture of Donald Trump as a tantruming baby for their “Cavalcade of Crybabies” issue and Hillary Clinton in bondage gear in the Oval Office.

One of my favorite features was “Separated At Birth” where they had photos of random celebs and peoples, animals or objects they resembled in some slight way.

This afternoon as I was reading through the political sites about the upholding of our nation’s Healthcare laws by the Supreme Court I stumbled across an article showing tv news people and their high school yearbook photos. This one of Fox News headliner Bill O’Reilly  made me laugh out loud.

Doesn’t he bear more than a passing resemblance to Adam Lambert?

Compare side by side. No Adam is chunkier but they both look like they came off the same gene pool. Since I’m not fond of either one will somebody please add some Clorox to that gene pool…

Adam Lambert – Sparkle Cows Create More Excuses

June 8, 2012

It must be a busy paranoid obsessional place online where the herd hangs out because they have come up with some gems since I posted a few days ago.

It ain’t easy, not even for the established….

Now, before you read what’s in the link, and I want ya to really pay attention to what’s being said, I want to give you serious food for thought.

We HAVE to trust that RCA KNOWS what they are doing with Adam as they have been in a somewhat similar situation MANY times. If you look back on their record, they have had some of the most talented, controversial, out of the box artists of all time. And made huge, LIFE LONG ICON’s out of all of them. And it didn’t happen overnight. All have encountered walls they had to climb. Anyone who has followed my posts have seen the statistics posted many, MANY times, the uphill battle most artists have to climb before hitting ‘The Big Time’. Even those that seem to have been overnight sensations have paid some serious, serious dues that so many of Adam’s fans seem to neglect to see.

That said, I post this link, not to stir up the forum, but to show that EVEN the Bieb’s has trouble with radio right now. In the next breath, I plead—please understand that what Bieb’s team did, doesn’t necessarily mean it will work for Adam.

popcrush.com/justin-bieber-boyfriend-up-radio-charts/

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I’ve always gone on the belief that the label knows what it’s doing better than the fans do. So, no surprise at what I see in that article. Bieber is in a bit of a predicament as a teen heartthrob who’s starting to grow up, and he needs to become a more solid talent to maintain his position, which can’t be easy on him, and obviously his label is recognizing that and putting its engines behind him. I don’t listen to his music so I don’t know what his chances are, but I get your point. Short-term mega-success doesn’t necessarily ensure long-term success. With that in mind, I would much rather see Adam with a slow rise initially that moves ever upward over time.
I just wish there wasn’t such a sense of frenetic desperation sometimes in Adam’s fanbase. I can’t maintain my balance when there is so much of that flying around. There does need to be more trust placed in the process, I think. I won’t repeat what I’ve said many times in the past. There have been some very good threads here today about staying postive and exercising some patience in our expectations. I know everybody just wants the best for Adam.
~~~~~~~~~~~~

I’m not making any judgments or second guessing RCA or Adam who probably has input into this. I’m a logical person and think logically and this is not logical to me. But I know what you mean..I stated in another post that upon thinking about it I have not heard the Beibs new song or Kris Allen’s or any of the top charters recently on any of my local stations and they are not on their playlists, even Carrie. I don’t even hear Cook or Daughtry (who I love) hardly anymore, but they are playing Goyte. But I have seen a lot of the Biebs on magazine covers of all sorts in the stores. And I either hear buble gum pop, hip hop or the old good rock songs. Something weird seems to be going on in radioland and nobody is fessing up or explaining or can explain. Seems like everybody is fighting for a piece of the radio pie. IMHO

I am being patient also and feel this is a learning experience for all of us.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Why can’t Adam’s management get him performing on the Award shows, this is where he can get major visibility. I can be patient, in fact I think they gave up too quickly on BTIKM. I think the label felt that NCOE would do better because they could play off the fact that Bruno Mars wrote it. Whatever, I will keep requesting both songs.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Yep Adam is doing very well and I think that Justin is getting into a bit of a predicament because he is now 18 and still sings teenybopper song material. As he gets older that has to change for his career to continue but I don’t think he has the singing talent to do that. His young fans aren’t looking at talent they like him because he’s cute. I have said this before but I think as his fans tastes grow up they will leave justin behind because they will realize he’s not that talented as a vocalist and the cutie pie stuff will grow tired. Look at Lady Ga Ga’s rise to superstardom it took several years before she was even on the radar of many music lovers. She was considered strange, eccentric and in a league of her own. She was enormously talented yet it also took years before she won a Grammy. With a couple of exceptions most of the big stars were around for a while before they were household names and it has been that way for decades. There is literally no such thing as overnight success in the literal sense for most artists. Patience is what we need right now. it will happen just not when some fans would like that’s all

Those poor poor soldiers in Afghanistan! The other scheme is to push the numbers up by buying and donating the CDs everywhere. But that’s an old frau tactic first emerging from the original insane fans, the Claymates. Gifting Trespassing to fellow fans & to Charities

If you need a copy of Trespassing and can’t afford it pleaseDM me @lindajean139 or @adamstormhits or @giftadamsmusic on twitter. Please contact the above if you can be the one who gifts. – Thanks

Hello fellow Glamberts! Once again I’m asking for some gifting help – for individuals as well as charity.

Like myself, almost all of my friends are low income (students, unemployed, disabled) so buying music is often an unaffordable luxury. I was overwhelmed when carly.nyc responded to my first request and immediately sent me 5 cd’s. I gave them to my friends who were already interested in Adam, and they were thrilled and very touched by Glambert generosity. I have more friends (and friends of friends) who’ve finally expressed curiosity now that others (besides me, the crazy Glambert) are singing Adam’s praises. I’d love to give Trespassing to them as well. Many don’t have computers or iPhones so cd’s are preferable. I should be able to find happy homes for 5-10 more cd’s. Smiling

The Gay Alliance of the Genessee Valley is the gay community center here in Rochester, NY (w ww.gayalliance.org). They have many programs and services, including youth outreach. I haven’t contacted them yet – I wanted to guage your interest first. Once I’ve heard from a few Glamberts, I can contact the GAGV to see if they’re interested and to get an idea of how many cd’s they might need since I have no idea how many folks regularly use their services. If the cd’s were sent to me first instead of directly to the GAGV, I thought I could tape a note to each one that said something like:

“This cd was donated by fans committed to supporting Adam Lambert, who is an incredibly talented artist and also openly gay. We want Adam’s music to be heard, so if you like it, please tell all your friends and send requests for the single Never Close Our Eyes to Rochester’s Top 40 radio station, 98 PXY. We want to support Adam’s career, so please don’t make illegal copies; if you’re financially able, consider purchasing an album (or single) for a friend. We hope you enjoy Trespassing!”

So how bout it Glamberts? Please reply here if you’re interested, and then we can work out the details. I also have a twitter account now: @RhaChaCha.

Many thanks to all who can help! – LSF Smiling

Haven’t most of those recipients suffered enough? I guess you think you have to pile it on…

Adam Lambert’s “Ass-Passing” err.. “Trespassing”

May 23, 2012

So I’ve only listened to a few songs off his new release and was neither impressed or disgusted. It sounds about like I expected something coming from Adam Lambert might sound. It’s just not my cup of tea, but neither is Cook’s music or much of anyone elses from Idol. The only two Idol contestants that I’ve broken down and bought the entire CDs of are Chris Sligh and Crystal Bowersox. Long live Mamasox!

Did download two songs from Lambert’s last CD to use on my gym mix with Pink, Shakira and Britney.

It does amuse me that the Sparkle Cows are attacking anyone that’s even slightly lukewarm on the CD or who damns it with faintest of praises much less negative reviews. Most of the reviews seem really mixed even if numbers are high right now. But we all know those numbers are only insanely high this week because the Sparkle Cows are each maxing out their credit cards buying copy after copy after copy like all good fantard groups do.

And all this nonsense about Adam being the first openly gay celeb to have a hit record. Oh, please, everyone knew Freddie Mercury wasn’t straight nor was K.D. Lang or Elton John. Sounds like something marketing dreamed up to be pushed by the Sparkle Cows.

Since I haven’t heard the entire CD yet I’m in no position to sound off on it. I did hear “Cuckoo” and didn’t much like it. Too contrived. But someone did sent me their own review after listening this week and I’m posting it here.

I wrote this whilst listening to Ass Passing. It did, however, make me fart. So there’s that.

His overall tone really annoys me, it’s so nasally and shrill but at the same time sounds like so many other singers, well a poor clone of them. There’s nothing distinctive about his voice. Or the material.

Trespassing – basic beat, repetitive, emotionless, autotune

Cuckoo – this sounds (melody wise) so done to death, like the first album it’s a clone of things past. That chorus

Shady – Ditto to Cuckoo, done to death. Ah this is the Sam Sparro song, a reject of his I think. Truly bland.

Never Close Our Eyes – I’m bored by the opening….oh and there we go with the beat that seems done by a cheap drumbeat. Number six on the programming I suspect. Nothing new, another clone of other crappy songs. I’m sure I heard its grandad at aerobics class in the eighties.

Kickin In – Pseudo house start goes to a dead dull beat. Well that was a big build up to boring. The chorus is reminiscent of trying to rip off Michael Jackson but failing. Somewhere around Thriller era.

Naked Love – Yodelling start emulates Gaga….are most of tbe beats/rhythm taken from a RuPaul album? Nah Ru puts a bit more effort into it. Layered vocals and lots of autotune and there’s the yelling…boring

Pop that lock – the title reminds me of his shitty Pop goes the Camera song pre Idol Ahahaha this song is stupid and wow I think I lost IQ points listening to the dumb lyrics.

Better than I know Myself – Awful start trying to pretend to be Kraftwerk then going straight into trite emo pop ballad mode. No wonder this bombed.

Broken English – SCREAMING SCREAMING SCREAMING SCREAMING I couldn’t listen to more than the first 30 seconds of this

Underneath – Madam pretends to be touchy feely with a piano then puts on tight undies. A red river of screams? Is this an ode to TOM? I am bored listening to the screeching. Oh more screeching. And then some more. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAA AAAAWAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Chokehold – Another slow and boring song with Madam whining about some shit. Sheets? Tight undies? He has a thread he’s hanging by, people. Enthralling stuff. Repeat the same thing over and over….Repeat the same thing over and over….Repeat the same thing over and over….Repeat the same thing over and over….Repeat the same thing over and over….blah.

Outlaws of Love – Oooo more moody Madam. Say that fast three times. Look he’s pretending to be a gay activist now after years of being indifference to the fight. The gays will see through this crap. More shitty lyrics, they’re on a level of Jack and Jill. Now he’s whining, always on the run my god stop the clichés. Borrrringggzzzzzzzzz ack now he’s mooing, must be to make the herd rub their udders.

Runnin – Axel F theme? No it’s Madam trying to be macho and failing. No shrieking so far. Bleh more clone pop music. And now the shrieking and repeating one word over and over and over….lots of filler doing this. Ooo thumpity thump drums and more repeating something. I sense a theme here. Screaming again.

Take Back – Slow start with piano then some jump to another cheap beat. Autotune arama on this one. Thank fuck this one’s only about three minutes long. Screaming. Boredom. Now I am thinking about going to the bathroom to give me an excuse to walk away from this but I have one song left.

Nirvana – Finally at the end and it’s as meh as the other songs. Slow, crappy beat, stupid lyrics. All these songs are the same, just at different speeds. Oh more tight undies singing.

Overall – crappy clone pop music. Nothing new, nothing distinctive. And such a scattered mix of by the numbers pop music too, this could be sung by any puppet on the charts. So much autotune too. Bletch. Thank fuck the songs are short.

What trite lyrics, in general. Unmemorable stuff, I cannot even hum any of it a few minutes after hearing it.

Reading this was more entertaining

I doubt the Sparkle Cows like it much.

Will be watching to see what the sales figures do in week two. The kicker will be a month out, two months out to see what Lambert’s chances are in trying to beat the Idol Sophomore Curse of being drop kicked by the record company.  I’ll be listening to  Kris “Who” Allen’s new CD too. I suspect it will be equally crappy.
